These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the tagd+ app and website operated by tagd+ ("tagdplus", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using tagd+, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use tagd+. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
tagd+ is a platform that helps people discover and join curated meals, fitness sessions, and social activities, and connect with compatible companions. tagd+ facilitates introductions and bookings; it does not employ hosts and is not a party to the actual meetings between users.
Some experiences require payment, processed securely via Razorpay. Prices, fees, and cancellation windows are shown at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, follow the cancellation policy displayed for that booking. You agree to pay all applicable charges.
tagd+ provides features such as check-in and SOS to support safety, but cannot guarantee the conduct of any user. You participate in meetings and activities at your own risk and are responsible for your personal safety.
You retain ownership of the content you post (e.g., photos, reviews) and grant tagd+ a licence to display it within the service. Do not post content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates others' privacy.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the community. You may delete your account at any time.
tagd+ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, tagd+ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of users you meet through the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India.
